Utopai Studios, a four-year-old AI film startup based in Mountain View, California, has raised $60 million in growth equity at a $1 billion valuation. The round makes the company the latest video AI firm to reach unicorn status, according to The Information. Utopai operates as its own film studio rather than selling software alone. It has more than 20 projects in the works, including two TV series and three feature films set to debut in theaters next year
