New York State will host concerts again for the first time in a year as Gov. Andrew Cuomo announces 300 pop-up gigs through Labor Day. “We’re trying to thread the needle,” Cuomo told the New York Times. “We want the performances. We don’t want mass gatherings and we don’t want large crowds.”
