Mobile Music Services Must Now Pay More in Royalties in South Korea

According to new regulations unveiled yesterday, South Korean mobile music services must now change consumers more in music downloads. The new regulations stipulate mobile music services must return 65% of returns to copyright holders.  Previously, they had to pay 60%.
