The Copyright Small Claims Court: If You Build It, Will They Come? 

The first thing that jumps out at you is that “small claims court” really isn’t a court at all. If it was truly to be a court, like all other small claims courts, it would have to be housed within the Judicial Branch of the United States Government. But that is not what is being proposed.
