Unlike other collectible card games Volition will not ship on physical media at all. Instead, cards are cryptographically assigned to their owners via blockchain technology. They can then print them off in order to play the game. In turn, players can use the same blockchain to buy, trade, sell, and even customize their cards, adding new art or tweaking a card’s mechanics.
